Are the cleanings included in the price?

The apartments are delivered in perfect condition, with towels, sheets and everything necessary for the stay. You can request additional cleanings if you wish. These will be paid separately from the reservation.

Are there optional services?

It has a television, a safe in some apartments, a cot and other services that you must request at your arrival. The price is not included in the reservation.

Are there special conditions for groups?

In the case of a group (from 12 people) consult info@demo.com the advantages that can be accepted.

Are pets allowed?

Only some apartments admit pets, you must warn that you bring a pet to check the viability. The cost is € 25 additional to the price of the reservation. In case of not warning that they come with a pet, they will not be admitted and they will lose the reservation. If after entering the apartment, we detect that they have brought a pet, they will be expelled from the apartment without a refund.
